We love The Old Bluffton Inn. It was our second time spending time there. The owners, Vince and Danielle make everyone feel welcome, and the staff is extremely accommodating. We highly recommend the property.

Old Town Bluffton Inn is a gorgeous, immaculate property. Both my husband and I would give it more than 5 stars if we could. We've both stayed in luxury hotels and resorts across the US and around the world. This property's feel and service are on par with some of the best we've seen. It's immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room has its own beautifully decorated private bathroom and the pantry is generously stocked. Even better, it's independently and locally owned. The owners are friendly, wonderful people who were on-site every day (even on the weekend). There is so much to see and do within walking distance. Fantastic restaurants, bars and shops abound. We went to dinner with friends and family on a Saturday night at a fantastic local restaurant within walking distance of the Inn. Walking back we stumbled on two venues playing really great local music. We highly recommend Old Town Bluffton Inn and will be back!

Our stay at Old Town Bluffton Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The reception was welcoming, the lobby was beautifully appointed and inviting. The two staff members Shelby and Josie there when we checked in were genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was wonderful as well, thoughtful and delicious, and added to the overall feeling that this place truly cares about its guests. They had sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt granola and much more. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the compassion shown during an unexpected health issue I developed while staying there. The staff went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, following up personally, sharing their own phone numbers to check in, and even offering prayers and heartfelt concern. It was really moving and something my wife and I will never forget. Old Town Bluffton Inn is not just a beautiful place to stay — it's a place run by people who genuinely care. We are incredibly grateful and cannot recommend it highly enough. This is hospitality at its very best.

I travel to Bluffton often, and this was my first time staying at the Old Town Bluffton Inn, and I can confidently say I’ll only stay here from now on. I love this hotel because you truly don’t feel like a number. Every single person on the staff is so kind, genuine, and welcoming. They greet you by name, offer the best local recommendations, and make you feel right at home. The morning breakfast is delicious and just the right amount to start the day. The complimentary bites and drinks are such a thoughtful touch especially for someone like me who sometimes forgets to eat while working! When I wrapped up with my client, I loved working in the lobby. It’s cozy, elegant, and so inviting…the perfect spot to get things done. And don’t get me started on the room! I stayed on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the main street, the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening with a good book. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and custom-made for the hotel, which I thought was amazing). The location couldn’t be better, I was able to walk everywhere and didn’t waste time driving around. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Your future self will thank you.

Everyone at the Bluffton Inn was so nice and helpful, providing endless recommendations of where to go and where to eat in the area. The inn feels very welcoming and homey and the owner’s dog, Camo, greets each guest. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return!

A genuine feeling of southern hospitality and charm surrounds you when you step in The Old Town Bluffton Inn. From the beautifully decorated living room to the magnificent bar and on up to the rooms each corner tells a story of all the thought that went in to the planning. Each of the inn keepers we met were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us. Freshly baked homemade chocolate chip cookies were waiting for us on arrival! We also met the owner Danielle who took time from her busy day to chat with us. Breakfast was in the true southern spirit with a perfectly baked biscuit, sausage ball (homemade of course) and many other home baked options. A wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return!
